Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get pics back?

Our team of amazing editors work throughout the night to get your photos back to you by the following morning before noon. On rare occasions we have a delay in getting your photos back, usually due to internet problems. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible if this is the case. 95% of the time you’ll have your photos back before noon.

Do I need to be at the shoot?

No, (lockbox works) but we love to see you. Our team is trained to open blinds, move garbage cans if needed and do what looks best for your photos.

How many photos do I get?

We don’t put a limit on the amount of images we take, we shoot to cover the space. We usually deliver a minimum of 30 images depending on the size of the home.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We are out shooting most of the day and our editors work through the night allowing us to deliver photos the following morning.

When is the best time for photos?

This depends on which direction the house faces. If the home faces west, an afternoon/evening shoot is best. The front of the house will be illumiated by the sun making for a well lit, captivating image for your hero shot on the MLS. If the home is east facing an am shoot is best. If the house faces north or south it really doesnt matter the time of day.

Do you use HDR photography?

We take a series of different exposures combined with a flash shot then blend them together in PhotoShop to ensure the windows are clear and all the highlights and shadows are exposed properly. Our team of editors are skilled in blending images and making them look as natural as possible. We replace the sky on interior and exterior images and add fire to the fireplace when needed.

What can I do to help the photograher?

A well prepped home makes our job so much easier. Please open all blinds and turn all lights on, move garbage cans out of site, move cars out of driveway, pick up yard and wrap up hoses. Tidy up the house and remember less is more in real estate photography. We appreciate your help!

What if it rains on photo day?

Unfortunatly, we live in Washington state, one of the rainiest states in the US. We shoot rain or shine. Our equipment in water resistent and we have tools to protect our equipment from the elements. We will replace the sky and make your images shine the best we can. Unfortuantly we cannot fly our drones in the rain, they are water resistent however if we get rain drops on the lens it makes for a not so great photo. Rescheduling is best practice if its raining for your drone shoot, extra charges may apply.
